The Wandaboy situation absolutely fucking baffles me.

So many NOTABLE people knew about his abuse of women for A LONG TIME, but nobody said anything, and didn't even dare condone it.

This isn't twitter drama, this is actual real life people getting hurt by some fucking thirsty loser that was using women and then ditching them the second he got bored. The amount of victims in this situation is fucking scary.

Apathy of people of the community let the number of victims only grow. This should have never been allowed to happen.

Newgrounds does provide a sense of the community, yes, but the website has a problem with "bro" culture. Where connections are valued over doing the right thing. This situation being the prime example right now.

I would like to openly shame everyone who knew about Wanda's behavior for a long time, and has never said or done a damn thing. You put one shitty guy above the people he hurt, because he's your friend. That's fucking FOUL.

Everything by everyone means that everyone should feel SAFE in the community. By platforming someone who abuses his platform to get with his fans sexually, we're actively making the whole space unsafe.

I recommend reading the doc assembled by the victims. Which you can find here. If it ends up getting mass reported and taken down, i'll take the liberty of reuploading it. They deserve to be heard.
