I don't usually talk about my mental health on Newgrounds, but this is a very positive update!!

I've been to a psychiatrist last week and i got prescribed antidepressants and sleeping pills. I'm starting both of these today and i might see the results in at least a month.

The antidepressants should also help me with anxiety, which is an added bonus because i don't think i ever talked about how i have anxiety that disrupts my daily life.

I want to be open about this because it WILL affect how i post and behave online, but hopefully in a positive way. Poor mental health has big effects on life, so i hope getting help will improve my quality of life in general.
